Total Health Connection Policies and Procedures
These policies are put in place to help ensure that each of our patients has the best visit possible.
Late Policy:
Due to the fact that our typical adjustment slots are only 15 minutes long, patients who are 8 minutes or more late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule. This is out of courtesy to all of our other patients.
Drop In Policy:
Adjustments/visits are available by appointment only. We do NOT accept walk-ins.
Payment Policy:
All payments/copay amounts are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
